While I don’t provide crisis services, I encourage you to use these local and national resources to support your mental heath outside of session.
What is a crisis?
People experience different crisis situations due to mental health, substance use, intellectual/developmental disability, or traumatic brain injury needs. You or your loved one may be:
Suicidal or having suicidal thoughts
Thinking about hurting themselves or someone else
Having trouble knowing what is real and not real
Experiencing severe distress due to alcohol or drug use or from withdrawal
Displaying uncontrollable behavior
Not able to take care of basic health and safety needs

It is important to acknowledge that police are not equipped to offer mental health support and in some cases can pose a danger to Black, Indigenous, and People of Color, Transgender, Mentally Ill, Neurodivergent, and Disabled People.
