Books
Self-Care for Autistic People by Dr. Megan Anna Neff
As you might see from this list, I find Dr. Neff to be an invaluable resource. As a late diagnosed AuDHD psychologist, she offers so much education and insight from the perspective of being deeply connected to the experience. This is the first of several resources she offers that I highly recommend.
The Autistic Burnout Workbook by Dr. Megan Anna Neff
This is a companion workbook to the self-care book.
Self-Compassion by Dr. Kristin Neff
Every season of life warrants a robust practice of self-compassion. Especially this one.
