Raising Kids with Big Baffling Behaviors by Robyn Gobbel
Chances are, if you are a neurodivergent parent, you are also raising neurodivergent kids. This book does a great job of breaking down the impact that vulnerable nervous systems have on behavior. It’s written about kids, but I have found it is equally enlightening for understanding yourself.
Good Inside by Dr. Becky Kennedy
Parents today are feeling overwhelming pressure to get parenting “right”. Dr. Becky is able to offer supportive strategies while also helping parents feel more self-compassion and less stress.
Self-Compassion by Dr. Kristin Neff
Every season of life warrants a robust practice of self-compassion. Especially this one.

Dr. Taylor Arnold, PHD, RDN
Food specific challenges are common in neurodivergence. Dr. Arnold is a dietician who specializes in helping parents nurture healthy relationships with food for kids, from a neurodivergent lens.
